The new coffee table book presents India’s recent milestones through official stamps, coins and currency issued between 2019 and 2024. A visual archive of India’s transformation during Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s second term

Marking 25 years of Narendra Modi's combined tenure as Chief Minister and Prime Minister, Mintage World has launched the second volume of its distinctive coffee table book, "Stamps, Coins and Banknotes Issued During the Premiership of Shri Narendra Modi - Part 2." Released on October 7, 2026, the book presents a visual chronicle of India's transformation through commemorative stamps, coins and currency issued during Modi's second term in office from 2019 to 2024.

  • Published by Mintage World, the world's first online museum dedicated to coins, stamps and banknotes, the 172-page volume documents significant national initiatives, milestones and cultural achievements through officially issued collectibles. By bringing together these miniature symbols of history, the book offers readers a unique perspective on India's evolving development story.

The compilation showcases a wide range of landmark themes and initiatives, including Atmanirbhar Bharat, Beti Bachao Beti Padhao, Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, Covid-19 Warriors, 75 Years of Indian Independence, 125 Years of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose, 75 Years of the CBI, 100 Years of Jamshedpur, 100 Episodes of Mann Ki Baat, and the Siachen Glacier, among several others.

Presented in chronological order, the book illustrates how stamps, coins and banknotes have served as enduring markers of national priorities, governance initiatives, cultural heritage and public achievements. Together, they create a visual narrative of India's journey through a period of significant social, economic and strategic transformation.

Designed for collectors, researchers, historians, hobbyists and enthusiasts of contemporary Indian heritage, the volume features stamps in a variety of formats and designs, commemorative and circulation coins minted across facilities in Mumbai, Kolkata, Hyderabad and Noida, and currency notes printed by India's currency presses across multiple denominations.

Speaking about the project, Sushilkumar Agrawal, Publisher and CEO of Mintage World, said, "The idea was to preserve a visual record of an important period in India's contemporary history through the language of stamps, coins and banknotes. These everyday objects often tell powerful stories of national achievement, cultural milestones and public initiatives. Through this book, we hope to inspire curiosity among younger generations while celebrating India's remarkable journey."

The newly released volume follows the success of Part 1, which chronicled the Prime Minister's first term from 2014 to 2019 and highlighted initiatives such as Make in India, Digital India, Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, International Day of Yoga and women-led development.

Priced at Rs 999, the book goes beyond its appeal as a collector's item. It serves as a visual archive of modern India's aspirations, achievements and nation-building efforts, captured through the symbolic language of stamps, coins and currency notes.

The concept behind the two-volume series was conceived by Sushilkumar Agrawal, a first-generation entrepreneur and founder of Mintage World, who envisioned creating a permanent record of commemorative and legal tender issues released during one of India's most closely watched periods of governance.

Mintage World has previously published acclaimed coffee table books including "Global Collectibles of Mahatma Gandhi Through Banknotes, Coins and Stamps", a compilation featuring issues from 144 countries, and "Endangered Parrots of the World on Stamps, Coins and Banknotes," which highlights global conservation efforts through collectible memorabilia.

The book is available through leading e-commerce platforms, bookstores and Mintage World's official website.
