Sunday, 14 August 2016 launches ‘Artisans of India’ Campaign

A tribute to rich cultural heritage of the jewellery industry introduces the ‘Artisans of India’ campaign this Independence Day to pay tribute to the rich cultural diversity and heritage of India. Commencing from August 10, this campaign is a celebration to showcase the incredible craftsmanship of jewellery across the country.

Through this campaign, the brand would like to create awareness among the masses about the painstaking work that goes into making a marvelous piece of jewellery.

Their video team has travelled to different parts of the country to capture the unique history of ethnic jewellery belonging to different cultures. Right from the appealing art of Meenakari to temple jewellery of Southern India, VelvetCase will be catering to various aspects of craftsmanship that prevail across the length and breadth of the country.

This campaign intends to make an emotional connect with the customer by showing them the hard work that goes behind every jewel that is adorned by them.

CEO & Co-Founder, Kapil Hetamsaria says, “VelvetCase has always been enthusiastic throughout various occasions like Women’s day, Mother’s Day, Raksha Bandhan and so on.

This Independence Day, we are coming up with an exceptional campaign ‘Artisans of India’ in order to pay homage to the artisans who have managed to carry their regional legacy through the passage of time. India is a land of rich and diverse cultures, and there are varied arts and design forms which have not been explored yet. Through this campaign, we have tried to go back to the roots and showcase those artisans who take great efforts to bring out the beauty in each piece of jewellery.”
