Haifaa Al Mansour is Saudi Arabia’s first female director and is regarded as one of the preeminent people in the country’s film industry. Al Mansour’s work often brings up questions about traditions, taboos and the need of a critical view of her home country's restrictive culture. She visit the festival 28-30/1.
